confirms whether an 18-character Chinese Unified Social Credit Code is structurally valid, using the same mod-31 check digit algorithm that underpins every Chinese business licence number. It is pure local arithmetic — no network call, no external API, no API key, and nothing is ever persisted — so it runs instantly and costs nothing to self-host. Structural validity only: it proves the code is well-formed and internally consistent, not that the underlying company exists. Two tools cover both single-code and batch use, and the batch tool normalises whitespace and returns one verdict per input without aborting on the first bad code.
